These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dawood Bhai Educational Consultancy website and services. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Dawood Bhai Educational Consultancy provides advisory services related to international university admissions, visa documentation support, scholarship guidance and pre-departure planning, delivered under our Standard, Premium and VIP packages as described on our Packages page.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete and truthful information and documentation. We are not liable for delays, refusals or rejections resulting from false, incomplete or withheld information provided by the client.
Service fees are outlined per package on our Packages page and are payable as agreed at the time of engagement, either in full or via the instalment options offered. Fees cover consultancy services only and do not include university tuition, application fees, or government/embassy visa fees, which are paid separately and directly by the client.
Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced on a client's file, as they cover professional services rendered (document review, application filing, counselling sessions) rather than a guaranteed outcome. Refund requests made before any work has commenced will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
As stated in our Disclaimer, admission and visa decisions rest solely with the relevant university or government authority. Engaging our services does not guarantee acceptance, scholarship award, or visa approval.
We treat all client documents and personal information as confidential and use them solely for the purpose of preparing and submitting applications on the client's behalf, in accordance with applicable data protection practices.
Either party may terminate the service engagement in writing. Fees for work already completed up to the point of termination remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Punjab, Pakistan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
